1/ 引擎有油漬
depends on where the leak is and how serious the leak is, can be a big problem!
usually leaks from the valve cover gasket or oil pan gasket (the seal between two metals blocks), oil leaks are need to fix ASAP, if leak is small then it is not a big problem, serious leaks CAN be a problem!
but check is there any blue or white smoke blowing out from exhaust, blue or white smoke means the engine is burning engine oil, so there is a leak on the piston rings, better not buy

bushings are consumable items, its not too expensive to change, not a big problem

and report from AA only gives you confidence... I sold a car and my buyer requested a report, I washed the engine and dry it before letting the inspectors to do the inspection, and the report was perfect, no apparent faults, in fact my car are leaking oil seriously!
