15歲都唔著內褲？怎樣上體育課呢？
你會擔心勃起嗎？如會，請著三角褲，因為包得緊，相對孖煙通安全，減少一柱擎天的情況。

內褲牌子有平有貴，你想慳錢就在街邊買一盒盒，十多元幾條。要貴些就佐單佬，保獅龍……想高級些可能各大百貨公司，那些是逐件計錢。

顏色方面：視乎需要，以前我因唔想俾人睇到條內褲有汗黃色而著非白色內褲，中二下學期已全數白內褲遭淘汰。當襯上白色校服褲，深色內褲原形畢露，成班中同學話題。後來唔想整日俾人睇住著乜色內褲，結果就換了著淺色內褲，如：粉藍、肉色、米黃……

上體育課換褲，由於當時越來越多同學著非白色內褲，其實你睇我，我笑你已成家常便飯，如不介意，只要有著便可。如很擔心被笑，可能著白色會比較安全。

To choose a brief, it is all personal preference. When I was a student, I usually wore white brief with no pattern (bikini style) in summer for the pant is white. If you wore any other color and pattern, your brief will highly possible be the topic of the day in school.

If you dont care much. I would suggest brands like CK and aussiebum. Their quality is good, design is trendy and body-fit. Those with a white outline is eye catching. They are, however, not cheap comparing to those you can buy from Giordano let's say. They are about US$15/brieft. For CK, I guess you can find in many department stores like Sogo and Seibu. I am not sure about Aussiebum but they are available online (aussiebum.com).

To wear or not to wear underwear when sleeping is also a personal choice. I usually only leave my brief on. I find it is more comfortable and get warm quicker in the bed when winter time.

Cum on brief is easy to clean. If you think it is embarrasing to leave it for other to wash, hand wash the wet brief. This tiny thing is easy to wash while you are taking shower. Or let it dry (and it should after the whole night sleep), and put it with the regular load of laundry. No special treatment is normally required. It wont usually left yellow stain as your pee. If you want them to be whiter (for white brieft) or brighter color (for other color), you can wash with bleach too.
