而家嘅藥:

Flupenthixol 1mg

*Flupenthixol Tablet 1mg [Flupenthixol 藥丸一亳克]

- 低劑量 Flupenthixol (每日少於 3mg) 用於抑鬱症 (depression)、焦慮症 (anxiety)。
- 高劑量 Flupenthixol (每日 6 - 18mg) 可用於其他精神病 (psychosis)，如精神分裂症 (schizophrenia)。

Q: 兩種藥有咩分別?
A: 分別在於藥理，藥物點 work

*Fluoxetine 屬於一類藥物，叫 Selective Serotonin Re-uptake Inhibitors (簡稱 SSRI) [血清素回收抑制劑]。固名思議，SSRI 的作用是抑制中樞神經系統中的血清素回收，令系統中的血清素含量相對提高。情緒病和抑鬱症成因都可能係血清素失調。

*Flupenthixol 阻擋突觸後膜 (post-synaptic membrane) 的「多巴胺受體 」(dopamine receptor)。亦是阻擋「α-腎上腺激素性受體」(alpha-adrenergic receptor) 。精神病成因之二是「多巴胺」或/和「腎上腺」失調。

副作用方面:

**Fluoxetine**
-用藥禁忌:
對此藥過敏的人，不可與MAOI同服

-用藥注意:
1. 有發生狂躁或輕躁症的可能
2. 對操作危險機械的病人應予以警告
3. 妊娠、授乳期婦女慎用
4. 不宜用於兒童

-常見副作用:
頭痛、焦慮、緊張、失眠、困倦、疲勞

-其他副作用:
耳鳴、消化不良、嘔吐、心律失常、便秘、體重下降

-藥物相互作用:
1. 勿與MAOI合用，也不應在MAOI停藥14天內使用
2. 可增加其它抗抑鬱藥的血藥水平
3. 此藥可降低Thioridazine, mesoridazine的代謝並引發致命的心律不正
4. CYP2C8/9的抑制劑如Fluconzaole, gemfibrozil, sulfonamides等可加強此藥的療效及毒性
5. 如與鋰劑同服可增加鋰劑的毒性及血液中的濃度
6. 如與華法令warfarin同服亦會增加副作用

-病患者及家屬注意事項:
1. 此藥可引起失眠，如遇此情況，可於早上服用。
2. 病人服後或會出皮疹或蕁麻疹，如遇此情形立即停服，並通知醫生

**Flupenthixol**
#副作用:
-失眠
-昏昏欲睡
-錐體外系症狀 (extrapyramidal symptoms)，如:手震
-視力模糊 (Visual disturbance)
-暈眩
-頭痛
-腸胃不適
-心臟血科症狀 (cardiovascular symtoms) [非常罕有]，如:低血壓，心律不正
-高催乳素血症 (hyperprolactinaemia) 即血中催乳激素上升。引起的症狀，如:胸部脹大及疼痛、經期不規律

醫生轉藥嘅原因?醫生冇講嗎?

Flupenthixol?
