Wage 同 Salary之分別

Wage 通常指 hourly rate (時薪) 工人的工資，而 salary 係月薪，所以一般藍領及低收入工人的薪水都叫 wage，而白領或高管由於係月薪，會叫做 salary，日本白領工人叫 salaryman (サラリメン)。

i agree with the above answer with what 'wage' means. just wanted to add that salary could also be annual. for example job postings in north america often includes the annual salary range, instead of monthly.
