點解唔用FILL IN THE FORM? 而用FILL OUT? 有咩分別? FILL IN 是一般用法.....不是更清楚易明嗎?

That's a pretty nice way to ask customers / ppl to stand aside, or , you may try:
Sir / Madamn, there is a larger space, you may proceed the filling prodecure over there in which you may feel more comfortable.
