有咩方法可以控制自己既作息時間......

我完全控制唔到自己既起身時間..就算要返工都唔得
所以搞到每間公司都做唔長 唔知有冇人可以幫到我..
呢個問題搞到我好耐..我真係好想解決左佢.............
更新1:

例如我第2朝9點要起身 咁我前一晚1點就訓 但係我一訓左教就完成控制唔到自己幾點起身 1點訓..我會訓到下午3,4點先起到身 係9點我應該起身既時候我完成全醒唔到 我想問有咩方法先可以有效咁令自己起到身.......

最好定下目標,如:7:00起身...如說鬧鐘吵不到你,那用3個鬧鐘吵你.....
不單只是定下目標,還要定下如做不到要.......如:做不到要佛100元放進存錢筒.........不能吃早餐........來控制自己!!

Time management is rather important in our life, especially in Hong Kong such a fast-moving city. The first thing you need to do is go to bed at regular time and you should have a regular diet. I understand you don't feel tired even when the rest time is coming, I suggest you do 15 minutes exercises before sleeping. It really improves your sleeping quality and so you will have a regular life.
