Bright Nights [Second week of February][6th - 12th]

Everyone decorates their their houses with lights on this week-long event.
You're the judge of the competition. On each day of the competition, the
mayor will ask you who you think has the best display. Select your favorite
lights and talk to that villager again. They might even give you a gift.
They'll be a little too happy about it.
