In Runescape, what the the easiest way 2 get runes for magic

u can buy rune essence to rc magic rune u need tailsman to go in altar then u can make magic rune if u high lvl can make 2x 3x ... etc

If your combat lvl is more than 50,you can go to the dark wizard place that the people answer before me.If your combat is lower than 50,you can go to the rune shop that show a fire in the map and bought runes,it doesn't coast too much.

Dark Wizards in Draynor Village and Wizards (level-9) in Wizard Tower also drop some runes. But the best way that I think to get runes is runecrafting. Or, if you are patient enough, get 30 airs and 30 minds from Magic Tutor in Lumbridge every half-an-hour is also a solution.

Here's the basic RuneCrafting table:
Air rune - level1 - South of Falador
Mind rune - level2 - East of Goblin Village
