用中筋麵粉做曲奇??急!!

我之前買錯咗好大包中筋麵粉(幾kg),雖然唔知可唔可以用來做曲奇,但係都照做咗,之後發現真係好難食!!!
我下星期就要做來送比朋友,又唔想再另外買低筋麵粉,我真係好想做曲奇,有冇方法可以令中筋麵粉變成or類似低筋麵粉??或者有冇一D好味既曲奇食譜係用中筋麵粉造的??

幫吓我吧,plz~~

如果屋企有粟粉
就可以用將中筋粉變低筋粉
比例係8:2
即係80g中筋粉加20g粟粉就會係100g低筋粉

有很多 recipe 用中筋麵粉都一樣好吃 (尤其是外國 recipe)
市面上的 cookie 書如<妙趣曲奇>&<熱烘脆曲奇>用的多是中筋麵粉
找找看或試試以下的吧:

Crisp Lemon Cookie

4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup butter
2 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon lemon extract

1. Combine flour and baking powder
2. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs. Beat in the lemon extract. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Cover and chill for 4 hours
3. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets
4. On floured surface, roll the dough out to a thickness of 1/8 inch. Using cookie cutters, cut into shapes and place 1 inch apart on the prepared baking sheets. Sprinkle cookies with grandulated sugar
5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly colored. Transfer to wire racks to cool
