Portsmouth U is a much better choice:

1. Portsmouth U is much more famous then Northumbria relatively, in HK, Asia, Europe and UK.

2. Portsmouth the city is an ancient shipping port linking Europe. It has a way longer history in international business than Newcastle where the Northumbria is located.
