hay that's very easy. You can definitely try those big parkin shop, great, city super etc. they are weighted per 100g. you can choose from those with nuts or without. queen olives or other flavours. it all depends on you prefer strong or milder taste.
You can just eat them as snack or put on crackers with like cheese or ham. You can put them on toast, make spaghatti etc..... You can jsut try all sorts of ideas or find some ideas on the internet but most of them are italian style. Quite good really......yummmmmmmm
