1)用返 Adobe 個 site 入面個解除 flash 程式去 uninstall

or go http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player.exe

2) control panel -> internet option --> "delete" all temporary internet files

3) reboot computer

4) 再從頭裝過 Flash，

做完之後之後睇得返 Youtube 了 ~~
