Micirosoft office 2003 sp2 is a service patch for "Microsoft office 2003". As you do have such application, you do not need to install this patch. It does not help you anything.

sp2 means "Service Pack 2". Microsoft corrects problems by patches. After some time, Microsoft group all these patches into a Service Pack and release for user to download. The "2" in sp2 means this is the second service pack released by Microsoft.
