i think you are accidentally installed the TOMCAT server, Tomcat is a servlet and JSP container mainly developed for Java applications developers. using it for compile

therefore, you may wish to uninstall it at the first place:

1) go to "Control Panel"
2) choose "Add or Remove Programs"
3) then find "Apache Tomcat x.x.x" and uninstall it.
