要有一個健康的身體便要均衡飲食.
我們可以跟著食物金字塔來飲食便可以有一個健康的身體.
首先我們要多吃榖類食物,然後吃魚類同蔬菜類,少吃糖油類的食物
我們除了要均衡飲食外,也要多做運動.
每天識量運動,身體也會健康一些

We can come after the food pyramid to come to the body that the food can have a health then.
We want to eat Gu food more first, then eat fish together vegetable, eating the sugar oil food less
In addition to wanting balanced food, we also want to do exercise more.
Everyday just the right amount of exercise, body would also a little bit healthy

If you would like to have a healthy body, you have to have a balance diet.
In order to have a healthy body, we could follow the food pyramid when we eat. First we should eat a lot of bread, cereal, rice & pasta (6-11 servings per day), then we should have enough fish (2-3 servings per day) and vegetables (3-5 servings per day), we should use sweets and oil sparingly.
Besides having a balance diet, exercise is also important.
If you exercise regularly, your body will be healthier.
