first you need to accept you look.
and if you think you want skinny look, then ask doctor to get into diet and exercise program....
the thinner you are the taller you will look.
the longer the face, the taller you look too...

if you are shorter, dont wear anything with horizontal stripe ...
always go for vertical lines ...
never wear too thick clothes, something that fit you ....
never over-sexy .... the more flesh ... more fat ...

make up, make it simple ... dont over do it...
hair-style, stay with some haircut that cover the side of your face ...
spend some money for hair designer/saloon ...
