This means the same user asks a question and he/she answer his question, that is ask and answer himself/herself, this problem is quite serious.
The user [LET ME TO BE THE BEST ANSWER](In english) said that he have not ask and answer himself, and I found that he did not answer his questions.
You know that to get more points in Primary section (From 5 to 1) is so difficult, and some people's knowledge is just a little, than they will do this.
Ask and answer yourself is illegal in Yahoo! Knowledge, if someone accuses you with reason and the system check that it is true, it will force you to delete the question or answer, and deduct points.
