I disagree with the above poster about Windsor knot比較得體自信. The tie knot is a personal thing. Different knots work with different shirt collar style. If you have a wide-spread collar, it might be better to use Full Windsor, or if you have a slim long point, then a Four-In-Hand. Also, it depends on the fabric of your tie - if it's heavy silk, light silk, printed, woven, knitted, or even cotton or cashmere ties. It's better to try different knots and see which you like best. I wouldn't equate Windsor knot to 得體自信. Even Prince Charles doesn't tie a Full Windsor - in fact, from many surviving pictures of Duke of Windsor (where the name Windsor knot originated from), the Duke didn't always use a Windsor knot too.
Try them all, and pick your favourite.
