為何我無論用 media player classic 或 powerDVD 都截不到圖

如題。
前者彈出了 "getCurrentImage failed, hr=8000ffff"
截 thumbnails 也彈出同樣字句。

後者(power DVD 6) ，
彈出的是 "無法擷取此檔案" 之類的字句。

我之前用過 power DVD 9 ，都能成功截圖的 > <。
不過因為我只找到試用版，限期過了。

其實也可以用鍵盤print screen方法，
但我不懂怎按我的notebook 的按鈕cap圖 ><

anyway 請高人告訴我為何用不到以上兩個軟件的cap 影片圖功能。

Solution:

1) View ---> Options

2) click "OUTPUT which on the left hand side

3) Direct show video ----> from "overlay layer" to "system default" (must do!!)

4) close window media classic (must do) and reopen again. (have to save setting)

5) it should be ok!

p.s. why this happen, b/c it mentioned "*saving image won't work on thses renders" in the "OPTIONS interface. and make sure you have installed directx 9b version as well! if still not working, just ask me again. good luck!
