若非當從業員 (agent/dealer), 需不需要每隔3年重考LE Papers 1,7,8?

The examination result of paper 1, 7 & 8 is valid for 3 years only. If you do not register in the SFC within the period, you need to examinate again.

2. all depends on the nature of the job. If you need to receive calls from customer and execute the instruction, you have to register as type 1.
