領袖是否天生呢?

Of course not!!!If a person have領導能力,then he/she maybe can be a 領袖

If you have leadership talent and have been trained in the later day, then you can be a good leader.
If you have leadership talent and have not been trained in the later day, you still may be a good leader.
If you do not have leadership talent and have been trained in the later day, you still can not be a good leader.

每個人亦可以當領袖,
問題是做得好吾好,
領袖有分很多種,專題研習的組長亦是領袖,
只要可以帶領到組員達到目標便系好領袖,
好領袖是有一種獨特的性格,令組員信任,
再不是在你的專長中爭取當領袖,
從中得到信心,便可以成為好領袖..
當然,有人天生便是當好領袖的材料,
但這是需要發掘和磿練的。

因為人ge性格是由好多因素決定ga
有可能受朋友影響,都有可能受家庭環境影響
而且有個人唔知邊個講個天才只係佔20個百分點
多數都係後天影響ga
只要你努力,人人都可以成為領袖人才
我認為最好就係要有自信!!
