A logistic growth is one type of growth.The initial stage of growth is approximately exponential; then, as competition arises, the growth slows, and at maturity, growth stops.

no x satisfy, so no x intercepts
yes, there has Horizontal asymptotes
when x tends to infinity
e^-kx tends to 0
y=a
and this is the Horizontal asymptotes.
