請幫幫手,我想轉一篇英文
老板要我做sales report,我打算會咁講:
Sales
一月份,營業額為港幣xxxxx,達到預期目標,而未完成合約為港幣xxxxxx,這是一個不錯的月份,由於貨期無誤和上月份大量未完成合約在一月份裡完成,造成高銷售額成績。另一方面,在一月中我們推出陳列品大減價,達到合理回報,直至目前為止,陳列品大減價銷售額為港幣xxxxxx.而推廣將會持續到2月尾結束。

1) xx公司-跟我們已經簽訂好新合約.新舊合約條款不
2) xx公司-部份地方將作其他用途,我們所租用的房間將會被收回,而我方更需將陳列於該店的產品收回,最後限期初步訂於2月24日,xx公司-陳先生提議我們搬到另一地方,商議仍然進行中。

No delay in shipment schedule together with a large number of contracts in hand being completed in January accounts for the high sales volume. On the other hand, the clearance sale of displayed merchandise has been generating reasonable profits which amount to HK$XXX so far. The sale will last until the end of February.

1)We have renewed the contract with XXX Company. Terms and conditions remain unchanged.
2)XXX Company intends to alter the use of certain floor spaces. As a result, we may have to evict the unit we are currently occupying and remove all the displayed merchandise on site by 24th Feb . Mr. Chan of XXX Company suggested we move to other premises and negotiation between both parties still gets underway.

In January, sales volume is $xxxxx, which reaches the target set. And incompleted contracts will lead to $xxxxxx. This is a satisfactory month with high sales revenue due to the on-time good delivery and completion of large amount of contracts passed from December. Moreover, in mid-January our company received satisfying revenue from the sale of the discounted display products. Till now, discounted display products leads to revenue of $xxxxxx, and the promotion will be carried on till late February.

1.) xx Company - signed new contract with us. Changes were made in the contract.
2.) xx Company - Part of its place will be for other purposes so room we rented will not be available. Our company needs to collect our products from the room before 24Feb. Mr. Chan from xx Company proposed moving the products to another place but negotiation is still carrying on.
