一月份，營業額為港幣xxxxx，達到預期目標，而未完成合約為港幣xxxxxx，這是一個不錯的月份，由於貨期無誤和上月份大量未完成合約在一月份裡完成，造成高銷售額成績。另一方面，在一月中我們推出陳列品大減價，達到合理回報，直至目前為止，陳列品大減價銷售額為港幣xxxxxx.而推廣將會持續到2月尾結束。

1) xx公司-跟我們已經簽訂好新合約.新舊合約條款不
2) xx公司-部份地方將作其他用途，我們所租用的房間將會被收回，而我方更需將陳列於該店的產品收回，最後限期初步訂於2月24日，xx公司-陳先生提議我們搬到另一地方，商議仍然進行中。

Here is my sales report :In January, our turnover is XXX Hong Kong dollars and hit the target. Unfinished contract is XXX Hong Kong dollars. This is quite a good month, due to the fact that goods deliveries are on time and unfinished contracts in last month are completed this month, which cause a high sales figure. Another fact is, we have a display good sales in January and have a good return. Up to now, the display good sales bring us a turnover of XXX Hong Kong dollars and the sales will be continued until the end of February.
The following is other reports :
For AA Company, we have just signed a new contract with them.
As for BB Company, part of their office will be used for other purposes, and will take back the room we have rented from them. We will have to collect the products from there and the deadline is 24 February. Mr Chan of BB Company advise us to move elsewhere, and it is in progress.
That is the end of my sales report for this month.
