Quick---hand in tomorrow!!!Try your best to answer.
PQRS is a straight line, intersecting two equal circles, centres A and B.
PS is parallel to AB.
Let AM and BN be perpendicular to PS.
Prove that(i)AM=BN(ii)PQ=R S

∠AMQ = 90
∠MAB = 90
∠ABN = 90
∠BNR = 90
AMNB is a rectangle and AM=BN
AM=BN
AQ=BS
∠AMQ = ∠BNS = 90
ΔAMQ=ΔBNS (R.H.S)
therefore MQ=NS
similarly PM=RN
therefore PQ=RS
