賺錢容易，花錢難?

富蘭克林 (Benjamin Franklin) 的一篇論錢財的文章是 The Way to Wealth , 是在1757年寫的.


"賺錢容易，花錢難。(掙錢容易攢錢難。)" 這一句的原文是原文是:

'tis easier to build two Chimnies than to keep one in Fuel.'

整段是:
Gain may be temporary and uncertain, but ever while you live, Expence is constant and certain; and 'tis easier to build two Chimnies than to keep one in Fuel, as Poor Richard says. So rather go to Bed supperless than rise in Debt.


現在亦譯為: " It is easier to get money than to keep it." (掙錢容易攢錢難。)

即是說: 掙錢容易, 但要儲起金錢就較為難.
