SHIPPING問題: 究竟THC和ORC有什麼分別??
我工廠在廣東惠州, 出口CIF至世界各地,
但shipping company成日quote d 價有唔同terms,
其實究竟THC(碼頭費)同ORC有什麼分別?
點解有時用THC, 有時用ORC??

thc ( 碼頭費 ) - - > 咁你拖櫃入碼頭 , 碼頭咪收番你 碼頭費 , 同常FIX 左一個價 ORC - -> OCEAN FREIGHT ( 即運費 ) 由一個地方到另一個地方D 運費, 即係好似你自已坐船都要比船費啦 !

ORC同THC根本就係一樣既收費, 只不過ORC係大陸吊櫃費, THC係香港吊櫃費咁解

The guy has mis-interpreted.
THC = Terminal Handling Charge
ORC= Origin Receiving Charge
both are the same charge. In Hong Kong we call THC but in China they would like to use ORC - most of the shipping companies in China use : ORC
