你係咪想解釋俾個interviewer聽你之前ge工作對你有咩要求?
其實見工咁介紹自己法好似幫助不大...
不過如果要淨改grammar就咁樣:

My working experiences include interviewer, salesPERSON, waitress and packer.
As an interviewer, I was responsible for asking people (who?) questions and recording their answers.
My work as a salesperson and waitress were related to service.
As a packer, I packed mooncakes before they were brought out for sell. (我覺得呢個工作同你份新工冇關係，可以唔講)
From my previous working experiences, I have learnt how to respond to guests

Sales and waitress's jobs are about serving the customers.
Packer's job is about packing the goods, such as moon cake, before they are sold.
I have learnt a lot useful skills from these jobs, for example, customer service, being patient and polite.
