No... Currently there is no way that you can transfer mileage between different airlines Frequent Flyer Programme (FFP)... All you can if you wish to give up on 1 of these FFP, is actually to use up the mileage if you wish and let the acount expire (it will expire after a centian amount of years after the acount being untouched...)... For KrisFlyer, your account will expire will you leave it untouched for 3years...
So maybe you can consider which FFP to keep... Then to use up the mileage on the other FFP on maybe redeem tickets or whatever... For you, Asia Miles maybe the better one to keep as they have better network from Hong Kong and easier to redeem ticket as well... And Asia Miles is surely better than KrisFlyer, in term of collecting mileage... Personally I have a KrisFlyer account just because I fly with other Star Alliance airlines and want the easiest way to redeem Singapore Airlines ticket on London-Singapore-Hong Kong (which could be rather expensive to purchase...)...
