除左自己做老闆外, 都有 d 工可以有晒呢 d 咁筍既條件既：1) Freelancer
2) Insurance Agent / Financial Planner
3) Librarian
4) 小老婆 / 小白臉

老闆 and Freelancer work 7days/7 , 24h/24 !! 可不停上知識加 ;-) but nothing to eat !
In HK, 其實 only 公務員可以… right ?!
But I have an example for your question which i know well :
The (bad) teacher of Art school !!
五天工作 ? 會死人嘅 !! 15-18hours 工作 per week.
工作可有可無 ? they give student watching art movie or art report which he recorded from TV. In the same time, they have free time to take a coffee :-p
薪優糧準 : 公務員 la, They can smoke or drink red/white wine (sometimes) with their student during courses. Can Strikes.
不停上知識加 ?? no , but they like generally going out with some beautiful student girl, to feel Art .
But you need to come in France :-p
