attain , obtain有咩分別??

Attain：特別是經過長期努力而獲取或達成一些東西
Obtain：同樣是獲取、得到一些東西, 也許是經過一番努力或計劃才成功, 但亦可能只是通過購買、請求、工作或生產程序而取得
從上述定義可初步知道兩者解 ‘獲取’、‘得到’ 的同時, 是有些差別。現以例句說明：-
Attain：(1) She attained fame at an early age 她年紀輕輕已有名聲 (2) You must strive hard if you want to attain your objectives 想達成目標你得加倍努力 (3) He attained the post of managing director after much hardship 他經過很多困難才擢升為董事總經理 (4) Many African countries attained independence only after years of struggle 不少非洲國家都是經過多年奮鬥和苦難才取得獨立。
Obtain：(1) She obtained a scholarship 她取得獎學金 (2) After putting together bits and pieces of clues together, the police finally obtained valuable evidence 把零零碎碎的線索整合後, 警方終於取得重要證據 (3) Have you obtained permission to enter the room? 你是否已獲得准許進入房間？(4) Tickets for the Wynners concerts are hard to obtain 溫拿樂隊的音樂會門票很‘搶手’, 很難買得到 (5) Paper is obtained by crushing and processing wood and other fibers 紙張是通過弄碎和處理木料及其他纖維而取得。
例句顯示, attain多用於非實物東西如聲譽、職權等, 相反obtain大多用於實物如金錢和資料；而obtain的例句(3)、(4)、(5)則是這個字的特有用法 (參考obtain的定義), 不宜以attain取代。
另外, 兩字還各有一用法是不能互相取代的。當表示某人/東西可達到某水平或狀況, 要用attain, 例如 This car can attain a speed of XXX in XX seconds 這部車可以在開行後XX秒達到時速XXX。當表示某東西/情況仍然存在或依然通用, 是obtain, 例如 Conditions of extreme poverty now obtain in this rich country 這個富庶國家內仍然有些人是赤貧的。

Attain and obtain are two different words.

We can say, "a certain level is attained" (That means, a certain level is reached)

As for the word "obtain", it means to get something. For example, I will obtain my bachelor degree in the coming June.
