將來值唔值就唔知，因為地點，環境，交通，樓宇保養等好多因素會影響樓價。但二百五十萬同區會唔會有其他選擇，起碼賣買無限制，方便好多。

夾心階層住屋 turn over is not active all the time, because too may restrictions for people to apply and buy, then less trading in the future means 唔值錢.
