no problem.......little is not harm..........
because they designed to safe for accidentally swallow.......
but try to not swallow.......at least it is not like food.........

有牙醫同我講..
如果成日都吞食牙膏..
D牙會有少少白既漬..
不過唔係太覺眼GA...
