LHS = 2 * (x+3)^2 * (x-3)^2= 2 * [(x+3)(x-3)] [ (x+3)(x-3)]
= 2 * [x^2 -9] [x^2-9]
= (2x^2 - 18) (x^2-9)
=RHS
