sms problem

Where did you buy your N80? Seemed you did not buy it directly from NW Mobility!!!
Since you could not send sms with your N80. Then you can try the following steps:

1. Call the Nokia Customer Service hotline @21366338
2. Tell to the CS representative that you cannot send (and/or receive) SMS
3. Tell him/her your phone number and the mobile phone network company. i.e. NW mobility as you are using it now.
4. Soon afterward, they will send you a or some sms.
5. You open the inbox and save those sms after you have read them.

So, all the steps for setup will be run automatically. In fact, the Nokia person will ask and tell you the same as items 3 to 5 above.

FYI. It's my personal experience as i had faced the same problem for SMS; GPRS & MMS, etc. settings.

用以上的方法你便不用親身去網絡公司或叫他們教你如何一步一步的慢慢設定了, 或者網絡公司都是以此方式發短信給你做設定的.

因為你的手機還未設定 "訊息中心" 號碼
你可以打電話到"新世界傳動網" 客戶熱線 178178
問一問職員 "訊息中心" 號碼

其實最好就是將電話帶到 "新世界傳動網" 的門市
請門市職員代為設定

你可以打去service hot line問，佢地會逐步教你點set番架啦，或者你可以直接落shop叫d staff幫你set番都得架
