唔知下面的grammar正唔正確?請指點有需要改善的地方? (原意為:如有其他job 要book,請盡早通知in charge,好等in charge可以在二月時為這些job make the arrangement)

If you have any OTHER/ FURTHER job cases, please inform the PERSON-in-charge ASAP in order TO ALLOW THEM TO MAKE ACCORDING arrangementS in February.我建議的用了大楷
你說"其他job"所以加上了other/ further
in charge前一定要加person的
否則沒有了subject
用上according一來不用重複說cases
二來較pro及順暢
