How to do websites?

First you need to prepare these programs:
Microsoft FrontPage (Or Macromedia Dreamweaver 8.0)
Ulead GIF Animator (Or Macromedia Fireworks 8.0)
Macromedia Flash 8.0

Than you need to organize what information in the pages.
After that, write them in FrontPage.
If you need images, you need to make them yourself or download them.
You can also add some more, for example: Dictionaries, special effects*, flash games...or more.

If you done, you can upload them now. Most of the users use Yahoo! Geocities, you can save them up to 15MB.

How to add hyperlinks?
So easy, first select the words you want to link.
Click [Hyperlink] in tool bar, than type the URL (Local site for [file://] and world wide for [http://]).
At last, click OK.

How to make the links which can download files?
Usually, the HTML document (HTM, HTML, XML...), images (GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG...) and flash (SWF) only view in Internet Explorer. The files which cannot be handled by explorer, it will let you download. For example: The zipped files (ZIP), programs (EXE), unknown files (CLASS, BIN, JAR, SAV...) can let you to download by clicking the link. If you want to download images, flash animations by selecting the link, you need javascripts.
To make this, just follow the answer above.
