your a friend of her but why not plug up the corouage to tell her u like her.or maybe if your scared she already has a boyfriend then why not ask if her yourself!you'll never know until you ask!If she say shes already got a boyfriend then tell her you'll always be there for her and even if she dont want a relationship,you two can always be best friend.No relationships then best friends!!!! :) i hope this helps...
