Help Emergency!! Is my JJ is already been Damage?

Ok here my problem i beeen start jacking off for about a year already about 2 time per week.Since the first time i been doing that i start loving to doing it.I just can't control myself when i saw the girl i like i get so horny,but i just want to know how can i get rid of it and is my JJ been damage?
