我想問我同公司簽左合約，咁我想辭職，唔知要幾多日通知呢，以下是我同公司簽的合約寫的一句，唔該你地幫下我啦。
During the second and third month of employment and on satisfactory completion of the provationart period, either party may beterminate employment under this agreement by giving seven days'noticein writing or serven days' salary in lieu of notice.
咁係咪即係要七日通知，咁如果我想放完新年假，3月6日開始唔返工，咁要幾時比辭職信同通知，仲有我想問個封信係咪比我上司，再由佢轉交比人事部經理就得，定係直接比人事經理呢？希望你地幫下我。

根據合約, 辭職要七日通知, 如果要即時離職, 就要比番7日人工比公司如果你想係3月6日開始唔返工, 最好係2月26日遞辭職信
辭職信最好用英文寫同直接比你上司, 顯示你對佢既尊重
