I am a year 1 BBA student at HKUST and I really want to transfer to HKU BBA in the coming September. I have 4As (which include A for Eng.syl B) and 4Bs for my CE and 2Cs(which include UE) and 3Ds for my hkale. I want to know is there a chance for me to transfer to HKU BBA next year as a year 2 student via non-jupas?

If you apply via non-jupas, the HKALE and HKCEE results will not award you a significant advantage but the interview performance counts heavily.
So my suggestion is that, why don't you try your best in your first year examination, getting a good GPA, and try the inter-U transfer? Also, whether you can study as a year 2 student or not depends on the credit transfer status. In the worst scenario, you might repeat one year in HKU.
By the way, are you serious? It is said that the BBA programme of HKU is not as good as the ones of UST and CU.

It waste your time. Actually, HKUST is famous in their business school. HKU is just only average. It is not wise to change from HKUST to HKU for business study. If you do not believe, just refer to top 10 MBA. The ranking of MBA course of HKUST and CUHK is much higher than HKU. It is actually the fact. However, for those people who work in vegetable market. They only know HKU. Maybe you want those people know you are studying HKU.
