脊柱側彎同寒背一唔一樣?!

It is not the same........
脊柱側彎 is the spine when you see at the back........2 type........S type and C type........
The spine like "S" shape and the spine like "C" shape........

but 寒背 is the spine is curve forward only on the upper back when you see on side view.........It is a very big different.......
