My PC got the same problem. After removing some suspected programs, I can change the homepage after reboot but the homepage auto chages to tom.5009.cn after next reboot, nomatter in safe mode or normal mode. Is there any programs run during boot time besides the RUN list in registry and the programs in programs-startup?
