唔該幫一幫我翻譯成英文呀....非常急...

公司可以發出告示向同事說明今次的重組計劃.對大家有一定的影響. 但是這是為了公司的將來發展.管理層亦明白員工的不安和憂慮.管理層十分重視與員工的溝通..所以歡迎員工向上司提出意見.
另外公司亦可成立一個獨立的隊伍, 同事可以用不同的方法..例如透過電話, 電郵..
告知自己的意見..
亦可透過每月的例行會議..從而增加各部門同事和各部門經理的溝通.再由各部門經理報告給公司管理層

The Company can issue notice to explain the effect of this reorganization to employees. However this reorganization is necessary for the long term development of the Company. The Management appreciates the concern and worries of the employees, and takes communication with employees very seriously. The Management therefore welcomes employees to send their opinions to their superiors.

In addition the Company has also set up a special task force to handle opinions through various means such as hot lines and emails.

Employees may also use the monthly meetings as a communication platforms with managers and colleagues from different department. The Managers will then report the opinions to the Management.
