1.Prepare steamer and grease a plate.
2.Sieve glutinous rice flour and 'tang' flour together. Make a well in the center. Add oil and warm water and mix into a dough with a round-ended knife.
3.Divide the dough and lotus seed puree into 8 portions.Use your hands to shape the dough into balls.
4.Flatten each ball and put the filling in the center. Cover the filling with the mixture, and shape into balls again.
