tofu cheese cake
a 6 inches round cake
100g crackers (digestive biscuits)
45g butter
350g tofu
200gcream cheese
90g granulated suger
10g milk
80g original flavor yougurt
10ml lemon juice
10g gelatin powder
10g hot water
1)preare cake base first.put crackers in a stainless steel mixing bowl.
2)Pround crackers to crumbs with rolling pin.
3)Soften butter under room temperature.Add butter to cracker crumbs.
4)Rub with hands until butter and crumbs resembled.
5)Pour crumbs to the bottom of springfrom tin.Press with hands as cakes base.Keep in fridge for a while.
6)Soften cream ccheese under room temperature.Place on blender together with tofu.
7)Add Sugar, milk,yogurt and lemon juice.
8)Blend to tofu cheese paste.
9)Mix and dissolve gelatin liquid into tofu cheese paste.Blend again.
10)Take out cake base.Pour in tofu cheese mixture.
11)Level the surface with rubber sapatula.
12)COver with plastic wrap.Keep in fridge for at least 4 hours.
13)Take out.Push tofu cheese out.
14)Place cake on serving plate.Garnish according to personal preference.
