作文有三部份: Introduction, body and conclusion.Introduction:你可以簡單寫2006和2007的plan
Body:詳細寫每個plan(First, 然後............下一段Second, 然後..........如此類推)
Conclusion:再慨抱2007的plan 次, 然後說2006做得不好的事, 希望2007有改進(I did not do good in 2006, I hope I can improve that in 2007)
