of course not.this is only a typical hong kong slang with heavy accent.
it should be "salute."

只不過係香港人講慣晒啲口音, 成個字比人讀錯晒.
更典型例子, sars點解係都要讀到----沙"屎"????

係敬禮 - Salute，紀律部隊向長官行禮嗰隻。現在更演變成 say sorry。以前講波佬最興講:「同球証沙冧。」
