Will u become a insurance agent?

with my knowledge, insurance agent is about financial planning, insurance planning or investment planning for their client. but i have a question, i dont mind to make a cold call, but i absolutely mind and not willing to find my family or friends to be my first customers. i know it's kind of confuse. but yea.....coz i dont really understand this, so i hope someone especially insurance agency or finanical planner can answer me or give me a advice.

你呢個問題,有好多新入職的Agent都會咁諗。因為唔想比屋企人或朋友當你搵佢笨。 咁當然亦係你對保險或投資的基本概念不足所致啦。 試問如果你有一個秘方,可以令人身體健康的話,你會首先介紹比屋企人/朋友,還是介紹比d陌生人丫?

道理一樣,其實你的工作只是講解,介紹而並不是hard-sell,所以當你講完,如果對方係拒絕的話,咪有機會再傾囉。總好過你冇講過,但日後有事發生,你仲會比人怪添!!!

你可以想一想,沒有身邊的朋友和家人支持,保險路一點都不好走,也沒有人會為你宣傳開去.
如果你覺得保險是對別人有好處的東西,不妨試試跟朋友說說,也不是要你說到一定要他們跟你買才可以,因為你自己也明白,開口實在很難,但別忘了這一行就是吃開口飯呢!
你想一想,如何不會因為自己業績不好而令信任你,替你買單的人失望,你自然就會有動力去努力工作,繼續找出路.
其實說做保險是賣保險產品,倒不如說是在推銷自己,因為你想得到別人的信任.
你的客人對保險可能一點認識都沒有,全憑他們信任你,才會替你買單.
所以你一定要對自己很有要求,很有自信,很有良知,才決定是否要做一位財務策劃顧問.

It all depend on how much effort you pay for your future. I got the road show shop , road show bus and cold phone call for serve years, not geting a very excellent result but can support my expenses. Actually if you are interest and you want to find this way job with me, call me to make an meeting in sharing the experience I thing is the best.

這可算是歷史遺留的問題,原因是保險佣金豐厚,以往很多騙徒,使一般市民對保險反感。而保險是推銷服務,比較推銷產品難上數倍。首先你要深信保險是對別人有益,其次是有眾叛親離的心理凖備才有望成功。
