膝蓋的痛楚,有多種原因,要找出源頭所在,方能根治痊癒,首先要明白腰部會影響膝蓋,同樣膝蓋也會影響腰部等這些理論...,而膝蓋痛症有前十字韌帶,後十字韌帶,臏骨韌帶,左右淋巴,左右軟組織,半月板,膝關節窩囊炎,脛骨前肌腱鞘, 脛骨後肌腱鞘....等等,都有可能成為膝蓋痛既原因, 另外有好多醫者亦會忽略腰部或髋骨( 即是盤骨 ),所以未檢驗前好難確定是出於甚麼問題,由於骨傷鈄都離不開韌帶肌腱,如果是韌帶肌腱出了問題或退化性慢性病,就算用上最好的外敷藥或保健食品,相信都是徙勞無功 ( 補充一點,保健食品並非本人所認識之範圍內,也不會莽下判斷,只是推想 ) ,最重要是找到一位上乘而合適的醫者來根治,並不是主觀地要甚麼來改善o
